Steven Benvenisti, motivational speaker and active board member of the national non-profit organization, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), visited WHS on May 20. According to madd.org, its goal is to reach out to victims of alcohol-related car accidents and prevent teens from becoming victims themselves. They hope to not only prevent drunk driving from continuing, but also to eliminate underage drinking altogether.
